Casa Cuba is a family restaurant, created and run by Juan M Cuba and Gustavo Garcia. Casa Cuba is very committed to providing Jupiter, and surroundings with the most authentic Cuban Cuisine. Casa Cuba is an unique blend of authentic Cuban Cuisine and the nostalgia of Cuba during 1950's glory days. Presented in a setting of tropical deco architectural design, Casa Cuba Bar and Restaurant opened their doors in November 2007. Juan and Gustavo were both born in Matanzas, Cuba. They have been friends ever since elementary school. They both graduated from the Higher Hotel Management School in Matanzas, Cuba. Juan and Gustavo always dreamt about opening a typical Cuban Bar and Restaurant in the free country. Juan Cuba has been married for 14 years and has two children. Together with his wife Dianelys he came to the USA in 1995. They first moved to Kansas, however after the birth of their first child, they quickly decided to move to West Palm Beach. Juan worked for several big companies and worked his way up the ladder into the financial field. Gustavo came to the USA in 1994, he quickly met his wife and has been married for 12 years, he has two children as well. Upon his arrival in the USA he settled in Miami Beach, and immediate started working in the Hotel Industry. He worked his way up to Food and Beverage Manager for some of the leading Hotels. However, even though they went their separate ways, Juan and Gustavo always stayed in touch and kept their dream alive. In November 2007, through hard work and hope, their dream finally came through. They purchased Casa Cuba, which was formerly known as Don Ramon. Casa Cuba is now not only offering the best Cuban food in town, but is now also known as the in place. On Friday's and Saturday's it's a restaurant by day, and disco by night. Friday and Saturday Live Music from 7:00 - 10:00 PM. Free Salsa Classes on Friday nigh after 10:00 PM.
